Order deadlines

Please place your order 2 days before your delivery day. Many products are produced specially for your delivery which means we urgently need some advance notice. Poultry should be ordered a week in advance.

Prices

Prices indicated include statutory value-added tax. Many ingredients depend on the respective harvest. This can result in fluctuations in prices.

Delivery charges

We deliver orders with a minimum value of € 18 to your doorstep for a delivery charge of € 2.95. Free delivery as of an order value of € 79! We regret that we are unable to deliver orders with a value of less than € 18.

Deposit payments

All orders are delivered in returnable boxes. We only charge you for the first box. All other boxes after that are simply exchanged in return for new ones with each order. Please give our drivers all returnable boxes, bottles and jars supplied when your next order is delivered.

Deliveries

We deliver your orders in modern refrigerated vehicles. If you are not at home during the day, please designate a safe storage space with a suitable temperature.

Payment

Each delivery is accompanied by a detailed invoice which you can conveniently pay by direct debit.
