Use your access data – e-mail address and personal password – to place an order in the shop. Or change your standing order, notify us when you plan to go on holidays, enter special requests ...

Ordering by phone: You can phone us for a personal consultation from Monday to Thursday, 7.30 am to 4 pm and on Fridays from 8 am to 1 pm: +49 6856 9006-33 or 0180-158 558 529 35 (from 2.5 cents/minute).

Ordering by fax: Please fax your order to +49 6856 900628. Please check your transmission report to ensure that we have received your order by fax. If you send us a fax twice, please write “2nd fax” on your order form.
