Delivery terms and conditions:
Minimum order value and delivery charges
We deliver your order to your doorstep as of an order value of € 18. Our service comprises packing your goods, transport in modern refrigerated vehicles, delivery to your home or an agreed location on your premises and disposal of your empty returnables.
We charge € 2.95 per delivery as a contribution towards delivery costs. Free delivery as of an order value of € 79! We regret that we are unable to perform deliveries under € 18 or more collection of empty returnables.
Invoicing
Each delivery is accompanied by a detailed invoice. In German, invoices are debited via direct debit, which is an added convenience for you. Please understand that we only debit invoices via direct debit from your bank account for the sake of keeping costs to a minimum.
In Luxemburg, it is currently only possible to transfer payment to one of our Luxemburg accounts. There is a list of them at the bottom of this page and on every invoice.
Returned debits
If we are unable to debit the invoice sum from your account, the following shall apply: In accordance with statutory regulations, you will be in default with payment of your invoice if we are unable to debit the invoice sum at the lates 30 days following the due date and receipt of the invoice. Receipt of payment by the seller shall apply for provision of service. In the event of chargebacks of debited invoices from our account, we are charged fees by the bank. If the chargeback is performed for reasons for which we are not accountable (e. g. your account is overdrawn, incorrect account number etc.), we will bill you for the chargeback fees charged by the bank (€ 8,11). The place of jurisdiction for both parties is St. Wendel/Saar.
Complaints
We do everything in our power to supply you reliably with optimum quality. But we are only human. So please don´t be annoyed if we happen to make a mistake. We will try to remedy any such mistakes as best we can; please give us an opportunity to do so by letting us know of any complaints without delay.
Only by receiving such information can we learn from our mistakes and do better next time.
Prices
All prices (items, charges etc.) include statutory value-added tax.
As most of our products are dependent on the weather or upstream suppliers, please understand that prices are subject to confirmation.
Returnable boxes and billing empties
All orders are delivered in returnable boxes.
You will be charged € 4.50 for this box on your first order. All other boxes and bottles are simply exchanged in subsequent orders. Please make sure empties are ready for our driver when he delivers your next order.
Non-availability of products
We strive to supply you with freshly harvested products. This means that we usually do not have fruit and vegetables in stock when your order is receveid and can not therefore guarantee full delivery. In the case of natural foods, we are dependent on our suppliers' ability to deliver with the result that bottlenecks can arise here, too. If it should happen that we have not received some products by the time they are to be delivered to you, we reserve the right to provide practical substitutes or partial deliveries.
Transfer of ownership
Goods remain the property of Martinshof BioBus GmbH until full payment has been received.
Personal details
We guarantee that your personal data will not be passed on to any third parties. It goes without saying that all personal data will be treated with confidentiality.

These terms and conditions of delivery shall be regarded as accepted when orders are placed.
Right of withdrawal:
You may revoke your contractual agreement in writing (e.g. by post, fax or e-mail) within two weeks without providing any explanations, or by sending back the product(s).
The term commences at the earliest upon receipt of these instructions.
In order to meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient to dispatch the revocation or goods in time.
