Veal from own breeding


Of course, our Bioland calves grow up in a mother cow herd with the bull.
In the natural family group they run all year round on our pastures close to the pasture or in the open running stable. The calves eat grass and hay early on. This natural breeding, combined with robust breeds and small herds, brings the best meat quality, which we can only offer 4-5x per year.
