Broccoli with mountain cheese and chicken breast
for 4 persons
- Broccoli (about 400 grams)
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 250gr chicken breast fillet
- 80 - 100 g mountain cheese
- Sea salt
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 300 ml vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
- black pepper
Wash broccoli, divide into larger florets and cook in salted water until firm to the bite. Drain broccoli. In the same pot, sauté the olive oil with the flour and add the vegetable stock and sour cream, stirring constantly. Bring the sauce to the boil and season to taste with vinegar, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Cut the chicken breast fillet into fine strips and fry briefly on both sides. Preheat the oven to 190 °C convection oven (grill).
Put the broccoli in a small casserole dish and pour the sauce over it. Spread the chicken breast fillet and cheese on the broccoli. Cook in the oven for 18 minutes.
Recommendation: Cut the potatoes into thin slices and briefly bring to the boil together with the broccoli and then spread in the casserole dish.
