Grapes blue

The grapes originated around 6000 BC in what is now northern Iran between the Black and Caspian Seas. By 3000 BC, grapes had reached Egypt and Phoenicia. Then Italy and North Africa.  By 500 BC, they had spread to Spain, France and Portugal.

The black Magic vine is a variety of black grapes. It is particularly known for its early ripening. It has an elongated shape and medium-sized fruit.
Its flesh is juicy, fruity and crunchy. The flavour of the black magic grape is sweet with a slight acidity.  

They contain vitamin B and some C as well as potassium, calcium, phosphorus and iron.

Grapes can be stored at room temperature for 4-5 days, in the fridge at 4-5 degrees for up to 14 days.
