Liver dumplings are a classic speciality from our organic butcher's shop at Martinshof.

The peak season for this homemade speciality coincides with the availability of fresh sauerkraut, from September to March/April.

So that you don't have to miss out on our unique gluten-free liver dumplings in between, we offer them in a smaller form, at 50g/pc. 4 pieces are vacuum-packed. They can be quickly reheated in vegetable stock or with sauerkraut if you get a craving.
