1. delivery date

We deliver to you either once a week or at the delivery rate you choose. We always come to you on a certain day of the week (exception: holiday postponements) and make every effort to deliver to you at the same time of day. Due to weather conditions, breakdowns, organisational changes or seasonal shifts in the scope of delivery (e.g. holiday periods), however, there may be deviations from the usual delivery time.

 

2. place of delivery

We would be happy to hand over the eco box to you personally. However, it is not absolutely necessary that you are at home on the delivery date: If it is not possible to park your eco box in front of your house or apartment door, you are welcome to arrange another suitable storage location with us (dry and frost-free or shady) or to send us a house key so that we can place the delivery in front of your apartment door.

 

3. delivery rhythm

In addition to the weekly delivery cycle, you can also order your eco crate at other regular intervals (e.g. 14 days) or as required. This applies to all products from our range (fruit, vegetables, bread, eggs, dairy products etc.). The minimum order value for each total delivery is 25 €.

 

4. interruption of the delivery

If you are on holiday, this is no problem for us. Please inform us of any interruptions in the delivery of your eco-cabinet by 12 am two days before the delivery date at the latest. An entry in the online shop, a phone call, a fax, an e-mail or a written message is sufficient. Your delivery will then be suspended for the desired period. For cancellations after this date, when the box is already packed, we reserve the right to charge an expense allowance of 5 € per order, as packing costs have already been incurred and the goods have been ordered from our suppliers.

 

5. prices

The exact delivery price for goods that are invoiced by kilogram is determined only after the exact weighing of the products. With each delivery you receive a detailed delivery note with weight and price information either directly with the crate or on the day before the delivery by mail. All prices in our online shop are retail prices including VAT. All prices are subject to change without notice due to possible changes in daily prices for fresh goods. The delivery costs in Germany and France are 4.95 € per delivery and in Luxembourg 6.95 € per delivery.

 

6. payment

Payment is made by SEPA direct debit. The payment amount is collected on the third working day after delivery. You will receive a delivery note together with your eco box. Cash payments and other forms of payment are not possible. If your account is not covered and there is a return debit, we will invoice you for the fees incurred.

 

7. deposit

You will receive your deliveries in returnable boxes, for which we charge a one-time deposit of € 20 for new customers. This unique deposit also includes all returnable bottles and glasses. The deposit will be refunded immediately upon cancellation. Please make the empties (boxes and bottles) available for collection by the driver on each delivery day.

 

8. return debit note

If the direct debit of the invoice amounts should not come off once, your bank debits our account with a return debit fee at the rate of 6.50 € at present. If this should happen, we will unfortunately have to charge you this chargeback fee. If we should have made a mistake, we take over naturally the resulting fees.

For such refund we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will we charge you for such refund. You shall return or deliver the Goods to us promptly and no later than fourteen days after you notify us of the revocation of this Agreement. You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss in value is attributable to a handling of the goods which is not necessary for the inspection of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods. A right of revocation shall not exist in the cases of §§ 312 para. 2, 312g para. 2, BGB, in particular there is no right of revocation for distance contracts for the delivery of food, beverages or other household items of daily use, which are delivered by us at the place of residence, the place of stay or the workplace of a consumer within the scope of frequent and regular journeys (§ 312 para. 2 no. 8 BGB) and contracts for the delivery of goods which can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would quickly be exceeded (§ 312g para. 2 no. 2 BGB).

 

10. product range

The main focus of our offer is a weekly updated selection of seasonal fruit and vegetable products. We also offer a wide range of carefully selected foods such as dairy products, sausages, cheese, bread, eggs, muesli and much more. Wines and regular promotions complete our offer. Of course, all the food we offer comes from controlled organic production. We reserve the right to make changes to individual articles of our pre-planned organic box assortments due to poor quality, weather-related bad harvests or the like.

 

11. order periods and possibilities

Until 12 a.m. two days before your delivery you can tell us your wishes personally ordirectly in the online shop. For certain product groups (e.g. poultry) longer pre-order periods apply. You can place your order by telephone, fax or internet.  By telephone you can reach us personally from Monday to Thursday from 8 to 12:00 as well as 13 to 17.00 o'clock and Friday from 8 to 15 o'clock. Outside office hours you can leave your order or other messages on the answering machine. Please always state your name, your customer number and your telephone number. The minimum order value is 25 €.

 

12. cancellation

Should you cancel or cancel your eco-crate for a longer period of time, all empties will be collected at the last delivery. Please let us know at the latest by 9 a.m. on the day before the next and thus last delivery. You can cancel your order by telephone, fax, email or in writing. You will then receive your last delivery in a one-way package. Please make all empties available to the driver.
