To ensure that the desired roast is guaranteed to be on the table during the holidays, we ask that you order in good time by December 12, 2025. Particularly popular cuts and specialties sell out quickly during the Christmas season. By booking early, we ensure that everything is freshly prepared and ready for you on time. Of course, you still have the option of ordering your roast after December 12, 2025, but there is no guarantee!
