Organic acacia fiber - fiber for a balanced dietOur acacia fiber is obtained from the dried milky sap of acacia trees. The selected, organically grown trees, which are native to the African continent, are scarified for this purpose and the milky sap released from the acacia tree is collected. This means that no trees have to be felled to produce organic acacia fiber. In order to obtain high-quality acacia fiber, the collected milky sap is freed from impurities such as wood residues before processing. It is then gently dried and ground into a fine, high-fiber powder.
