Gebrannte Mandel mit Kokosblütenzucker

It brings back tantalizing memories of fairground visits: 81% freshly roasted, aromatic almonds topped with the fine caramel note of coconut blossom sugar. Refined with real Bourbon vanilla, cinnamon and a pinch of sea salt. And with a great crunch thanks to the coarse grinding. As we do not use any additives, the nut's own oil can settle on the surface. To achieve the optimum consistency, we recommend stirring the puree thoroughly after each opening.
As a spread, in muesli, for desserts, cakes, fine pastries and on vanilla ice cream.
