Cauliflower is often referred to as the “king” of vegetables and was first mentioned as early as the 6th century. The Venetians brought the seeds from the Levant to Italy, and it has been cultivated throughout Europe since the 16th century.
Green cauliflower has a more intense and aromatic flavor than white cauliflower.

Like all types of cabbage, cauliflower is a very healthy and low-calorie vegetable. Green cauliflower is rich in vitamins C and K, as well as potassium, calcium, and iron.

Store in an airtight container in the crisper drawer of the refrigerator and use within 5 to 7 days.
