The LaSelva organic farm is located in southern Tuscany. Organic farming has been practiced here since 1980, and the farm has been Naturland Fair certified since 2018. Vegetables, fruits, wine, and grains are grown on approximately 600 hectares of farmland.

At the farm s processing facility, vegetables are washed, sorted by hand, and prepared according to traditional Tuscan recipes with a passion for nature and enjoyment.

From the very beginning, LaSelva s founder, Karl Egger, has championed alternative agriculture characterized by a wide variety of crops and the preservation of soil fertility. Biodiversity ensures that natural farming practices remain effective and stable in the long term. The realization and conviction that only a responsible approach to social and ecological resources can achieve sustainable intergenerational justice is the cornerstone of our daily actions.

LaSelva stands for regional Tuscan organic products as well as typical Italian organic specialties, such as Aceto Balsamico di Modena or Prosecco del Veneto.
