The best pasta, packaged without plastic. Our packaging is made from wood. The paper fibers come from certified sustainable forestry. The fresh-fiber paper is uncoated, both inside and out. Expert juries have honored our paper packaging with the “German Packaging Award 2019 in the sustainability category and named it “Bestseller 2019 by the Rundschau für den Lebensmittelhandel. The product line includes organic pasta made from the finest durum wheat semolina, spelt pasta from organic farming, and pasta made from organic emmer and organic einkorn, the ancient grains of Swabia. For our spelt pasta, we use 100% Naturland-certified grains grown in Germany.

Our gluten-free organic pasta is produced without binders or additives and is characterized by its natural flavor and excellent cooking stability. The organic fusilli and spaghetti are made from 70% corn flour and 30% rice flour. The gluten-free penne and spaghetti are made from 100% organic brown rice. The nutty flavor of the fusilli, penne, or spaghetti made from organic buckwheat flour, along with their dark color, adds variety to your plate. Our legume pasta provides an extra dose of protein. We package our entire product line sustainably in folding boxes without windows or in paper bags.

Kids love pasta. Whether it’s dinosaurs, crocodiles, horses, or sea creatures the unique organic kids’ pasta with fun animal designs appeals to little ones’ tastes and practically finds its way into their mouths all on its own. Made from 100% organically grown durum wheat semolina or brand-new to our lineup our organic spelt animal-shaped pasta made from 100% organic spelt flour from Germany. And all of this is GMO-free.

The animal-shaped noodles are packaged in colorful folding boxes and are the perfect addition to any pasta shelf.

Mie-Noodles are very thin, long noodle strands that are folded into noodle blocks to dry. While conventional products are often deep-fried, our organic Mie-Noodles are blanched using only steam and are therefore pre-cooked without any added fat. They re ready in a flash and are perfect for quick dishes in the wok or skillet, or for delicious soups. Available are classic wheat noodles with and without egg, varieties made from pure spelt or a blend of spelt and buckwheat, as well as our whole-grain Mie noodles. And everything is of the highest organic quality.
