The TZAMPAS Cacao Nibs bar combines the mild, nutty taste of roasted organic barley with the tangy aroma of cacao nibs. Long-chain carbohydrates provide your body with lasting energy, so you can not only overcome the afternoon slump in the office with the vegan organic bar, but also support your stamina during sport, for example.Good to know: Cacao nibs are ripe cocoa beans that are fermented in the cocoa pod, removed from it and broken into small pieces. Fermentation takes 48 hours, after which the broken cocoa beans are dried in the sun. This special form of processing transforms the bitter taste of the cocoa bean (depending on the degree of fermentation) into a milder, more delicate flavor.
