Kiwi

The kiwi has its origins in China. In Germany, kiwis were the trend fruit in the late 1970s and early 1980s.
Their flavour is sour and sweet at the same time.

Kiwis contain a lot of vitamin C, E, K, as well as potassium, calcium, magnesium, zinc, copper and iron.

Both ripe and unripe kiwis are best stored in a dry, cool place at 0 to 0.5°C, so they can keep for up to a month.
At room temperature, kiwis will keep for 2 to 3 days.
