Die doppelten Lammkoteletts vom ganzen Rücken geschnitten sind einfach zu Grillen oder zu Braten. Sie brauchen kaum Gewürze, denn sie haben einen wunderbaren Eigengeschmack.
Einfach scharf anbraten und anschließend mit etwas Wein, Thymian, Zwiebeln und Knoblauch ca. 20 Min. schmoren.
Generell gilt. Bioland-Tiere wachsen langsamer und mit viel Bewegung im Freien heran. Und das Fleisch darf daher gerne etwas länger und langsamer gegart werden.
