Frische pasteurisierte Vollmilch mit natürlichem Fettgehalt von mind. 3,6%.

Die Milch stellen wir in unserer Martinshof-Käserei aus frischer Bioland-Kuhmilch von unserem Ostertaler Nachbar-Betrieb Laub aus Urweiler her.
Sie wird nur kurzfristig erhitzt (pasteurisiert), aber nicht homogenisiert. Charakteristisch dafür ist die natürliche Aufrahmung, die man als "Rahmkrone" bezeichnet.
