Mezzogiorno bedeutet Mittag und bezeichnet, nach dem Stand der Sonne, den Süden Italiens. Genau da kommt dieser herrlich kräftige Primitivo her - aus Sizilien.

Dieser Süditaliener zeigt eine tiefe, dunkelrote Farbe und eine würzig-rauchige Note. Am Gaumen ist er kräftig, mit einem Aroma von schwarze Beeren und leicht scharfer Nelke. Die Verbindung von interessanter Würzigkeit und weichem, angenehmem Stil machen den Primitivo zu einer der beliebtesten Rebsorten

Genießen Sie ihn leicht gekühlt, bei 14-16°C. Er begleitet sowohl Grillgerichte, wie auch typische Pasta- Speisen.
