minced-meat-like texture, it s perfect for Bolognese, chili sin carne, lasagna, stir-fries, stuffed vegetables, and many other hearty dishes. sunflowerHACK consists of just one ingredient
and absorbs spices and sauces particularly well. With about 53 g of protein per 100 g, it is high in protein and versatile in vegan and vegetarian cooking. The sunflowers used come from
European organic farms. The product is manufactured in accordance with the EU Organic Regulation and is certified under DE-ÖKO-007. Simply prepare, season to taste, and enjoy in a variety
of ways.
As an ingredient for plant-based minced dishes. Suitable for the preparation of vegan and vegetarian dishes such as
bolognese, stir-fries, fillings, casseroles, vegetable dishes and sauces. After soaking in hot water, sunflowerHACK can be processed like classic mince.
Before preparing sunflowerHACK, pour boiling water or broth over it, let it soak for 5 minutes, then drain or squeeze out the liquid. Next, season and prepare according to the recipe.
