Pasta Nuova - Fresh Pasta of the Highest Organic Quality

Pasta Nuova GmbH has been producing fresh organic pasta according to original Italian family recipes for 30 years now.

In 1990, Leandro Mossa founded the company so that people in Germany could also enjoy the delicious pasta from his native Sardinia. A few years later, his son Claudio joined the business, which he now leads as managing director. The third generation is now working in the business, and Pasta Nuova GmbH will remain a family-owned company well into the future.

All stages of production, right through to shipping, take place at the company s location in Graben-Neudorf and in neighboring Waghäusel-Kirrlach. Electricity is generated by the company s own photovoltaic system, and any additional needs are covered by green electricity. Raw materials are sourced as locally as possible.

The product range includes a total of 20 varieties of fresh pasta, including Italian specialties such as tortelloni, ravioli, mezzelune, and gnocchi. But southern German classics like Maultaschen, Schupfnudeln, and Spätzle also have a firm place in Pasta Nuova s lineup. Neither meat nor fish are processed at the facility. In addition to numerous vegan products, Pasta Nuova also offers gluten-free gnocchi.
