zarte und dünn geschnittene Rouladen aus bestem Bioland-Kalbfleisch, gefüllt mit einem Brät aus Schweinefleisch, Champignons und einem Schuß Madeira.

Zubereitung: Die Rouladen rundherum anbraten, mit etwas Wein oder Fond löschen, ca. 15 min bei kleiner Flamme garen.

Die Bioland-Kälber wachsen artgerecht in der Mutter-Kuh-Herde auf und bewegen sich fast ganzjährig im Freien. Sie fressen früh Gras und Heu und trinken am Euter der Mutter. Dadurch haben sie dunkleres und festeres Fleisch als herkömmliche Kälber. Das Aroma wird Sie überzeugen!
