The vegetables are neither cooked nor dried during production. This means the vegetable mix is already fully prepared and packed in the jar. The fresh vegetable broth provides a natural flavor base that enhances the natural taste of the ingredients used, rather than masking it. It s ideal for making a classic vegetable broth as well as for seasoning soups, sauces, stews, and vegetable, rice, and pasta dishes. It s also versatile enough to use in dressings and marinades. The 210-g jar yields about eight liters of vegetable broth. It s the perfect size for small and medium-sized households, as well as for anyone who cooks regularly and wants to always have a natural flavor base on hand. Preparation recommendation: Pour 500 ml of boiling water over one heaping teaspoon, about 13 g. For a richer, slightly toasted flavor, the vegetable broth can be briefly sautéed in a little oil before adding the water. The recipe contains no yeast or yeast extract, added sugar, added fats or oils, maltodextrin, cornstarch, or artificial flavors. Additives approved for use in organic products are also not used. The product is vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free. The vegetable broth has a shelf life of at least nine months even after opening and without requiring refrigeration.
