Our white beans are particularly popular for homemade baked beans. Thanks to their mild, nutty flavor, they are also an ideal ingredient for fine soups, dips and spreads. White beans are
high in protein and a source of fiber.
As a side dish for 2 people, soak 100 g of beans in plenty of water for about 12 hours and cook them in fresh water for about 60 minutes. Add salt only at the end of the cooking time.
