Oats are delicious as a breakfast cereal, but they are also delicious in bread, pastries, soups or casseroles. Roasting oats intensifies their nutty flavor.

Bring 125 g of oats to a boil in lightly salted water and let them simmer over low heat for 25–35 minutes.
