perforated disks at high pressure. This gives the pasta a high density and therefore excellent cooking and bite resistance. The gentle drying process preserves vital substances and flavors.

This spaghetti combines perfectly with the sauce thanks to its rough texture. This pasta is traditionally prepared with

The LaSelva organic farm is located in southern Tuscany. Organic farming has been practiced here since 1980, and the farm has been Naturland Fair certified since 2018. Vegetables, fruits,
wine, and grains are grown on approximately 600 hectares of farmland.
At the farm s processing facility, vegetables are washed, sorted by hand, and prepared according to traditional Tuscan recipes with a passion for nature and enjoyment.

From the very beginning, LaSelva s founder, Karl Egger, has championed alternative agriculture characterized by a wide variety of crops and the preservation of soil fertility. Biodiversity
